Easy Quick Meals

**Pfennig Boys' Favorite Meal - Only takes me 20 minutes!
Grill for my family of boys 2 packets of NZ Style Sausages on the George Forman, boil potatoes for either mashing or just boiled, make a salad and your done. The boys like ketchup with their sausages, I like “Pepper Jelly” made by Mable’s Taste of Home. Dress this meal up or down depending on your tastes.

A meal for two is 2 leg steaks, grilled on the George Forman or on the grill outside, peppered to taste, 3 minutes a side and what ever vegetables you want. This is a wonderful quick meal.

Always wondered what to do with the leftovers from a roast lamb? Keep the gravy and meat for the next day. In a frying pan brown an onion and garlic to taste. Cut the leftover lamb up into bite size pieces, place in frying pan with the left over gravy. Warm through; add 1 or 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables mix well. Grease an ovenproof dish, pour mixture into dish, cover with the leftover mashed potatoes from the night before or frozen tater tots, and place in pre heated oven to 350 F for 30 – 40 minutes, until potatoes are browned.
